I just had a great experience at Verizon in Union NJ. My service rep Vanell was amazing. I switch from Metro PCS and had a few issues with the transfer. Vanell was able to solve the issue right away and made me a happy customer. I also work in customer service and was greatful to receive the same service I provide to my customers. Great job and will recommend this still to all my friends. What a great team you have working here.

Vanell definitely made my Verizon experience a great one. He was very knowledgeable about the products and great on the upsell! I got a phone and a tablet! Very patient when I asked a million questions and was always smiling. I will be sending everyone to this store!

I am an avid da an of Verizon's cellphone service, but not of their stores. I was accustomed to a busy location on RT22 and a rushed experience UNTIL I found this location. The sales associates were pleasant, patient, experienced, and trustworthy. Vanel, thoroughly reviewed my account and found a way to save me $20/mo on my bill, and was able to transfer all my photos and contacts after I upgraded. Give them a chance, give your business.
