I had the best experience ever with the representative Fernando Abarca. He was nice enough to install all my apps I needed on my new tablet. Also, he was nice enough to change the language settings on my iPhone that another store was unable to do. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

Without a doubt the best Verizon experience we have ever had! Ashley our sales rep was incredible! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and so helpful. We will never go anywhere else!

I was at this store lastnight and spoke with Louis and he was nothing but helpful and great! Made the whole experience easy going and awesome!! Had a down to earth and friendly answer for every question I had and took his time to help me. Will be going to this location alot more because of him.

Paul is the best sales representative for Verizon!!! Very helpful and patient hands down I will go to him all the time. I give him 5 star rating because he goes above and beyond for customers. Best Verizon store in Paramus!! Excellent customer service hands down was my best experience ever!

I had a pretty dramatic story to get off of my fathers phone plan and onto my own but Paul Coya was really patient and understanding. Paul was nothing but professional and even when we arrived we had to wait a few minutes for help but they constantly assured us we would be helped and did not ignore our existence like most places do.

I also have to commend Vincent for he was dealing with a very difficult customer and he never lost his patience or said anything to make her feel unwanted. My boyfriend was told by his co-worker that this location has the nicest employees and he was serious. I have gone to a few other Verizon stores and the employees either look miserable or just don't want to give you 100% and I understand that I work in retail too.

I also just called to ask a question and Julian was more than helpful with answering my probably petty questions..

No doubt if you need and upgrade or you are looking to switch to Verizon come to this location it is worth it!
