Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, Cellular Sales

Beware of salesman Kirk Bissoon. He engages in deceptive sales practices and worked hard to hoodwink me and my wife. He convinced me to get an LG G4, which came with a tablet and a $100 visa gift card. He went in the back to grab the phone and came out saying "Oh man, you're so lucky. We weren't supposed to have any of this model with the leather back left, but for some reason there was just one single phone left. It must have been left over from Black Friday." When I came back the next day to exchange my G4 for an iPhone 6s and return my tablet (which when I got home I found out he had given to me without a sim card, which rendered it useless), it turned out there were plenty of G4 leather back phones in the store. He also claimed that he was giving me a "bundle deal" selling me a case, charger, and screen protector, and that it would be cheaper than amazon. When I looked at the receipt as I was returning them, there was no bundle at all and it was just charged full price.

Turns out Kirk also lied to us about our plan. We're paying $40 more a month than we were told we would. Dude needs to get fired ASAP.

The only reason this review isn't a 0 is because when I came back, visibly distressed, Sean Athen did a phenomenal job helping me with my switch/return.

Michelle is an absolute asset to the Verizon franchise. Although Cellular Sale is an authorized retailer of Verizon, I will go out of my way to see Michelle every time. She took the time to give me a free wireless account analysis, find the plan best for me, and a phone that I absolutely LOVE! I will walk a mile just to see her due to her outstanding customer care. Thanks Michelle! I hope your company knows how awesome you are!

You must talk to Kirk Bissoon! He is incredibly helpful & patient! He answered all my questions & set me up with the best plan for me and my family. Best customer service ever at Verizon! He went above & beyond to help us; he surpassed out expectations! Very happy we walked in to his store!

We went there to purchase four phones and transfer over our lines from Sprint. Sean was able to assist us with the purchase of our four phones and answer all my questions. He was able to transfer over two of the lines right there and the other two lines John helped me. Great customer care and two very professional men. I would tell anyone and everyone to go to this store. Michelle was also there and she was also very helpful. Added bonus when you call the store they are able to help you and take the time to help. Thank you Verizon team.

Kirk is absolutely amazing, came in this Saturday afternoon to upgrade from my Galaxy S4 and the customer service is unbeatable. Not only did he explain all the possible options available, he literally broke down the details step by step. I personally will only be coming to this Verizon wireless for the amazing service from now on!!!!!
