I moved and tried to transfer my services. They scheduled me after 2 days. The. The technician rescheduled me for another week. They just don't care.

There was a manager in the store who insulted my heritage, literally called me a disgrace to my heritage because I did not speak the language. I normally could care less about a person's opinion on something they have no idea about, but this manager crossed the line. ON top of being disrespectful to a prospective customer, he also gave me inaccurate information regarding a rebate that I qualified for. Furthermore, he agreed to waive line activation fees for two lines that I opened up, but when the bill showed up the fee was only waived for one line. I went into the store to resolve this and i was told to call verizon customer service because there was nothing the store could do. I would not recommend this store to anyone, unless you don't mind sub-par customer service.

Went in for a few different transactions. Merging 2 accounts, trade-ins on old phones, adding new lines... and few other things. Manny, the rep that did my transactions, was absolutely great! Very friendly, very detailed and explained everything perfectly, did everything possible to get the best deal for what I needed. I would definitely recommend going there and asking for Manny. Tell him that Sonia sent you! :) 5 stars...

the manager of the store was very rude i simply asked him to put a battery in my phone so i would if the phone was messed up or the battery he took one look and said the phone is messed up get a new one
