The best Verizon store that there is excellent service they fixed my problem and I left there a happy customer !!!! I highly recommend this store for everything , It is really worth going to this store Excellent Customer Service & Mind blowing Staff more than 5 starts they deserve !!!!!

Purchased a phone on Monday evening. Customer service rep said it would possibly be there Tuesday afternoon, but if not then Tuesday evening. Then I was told Wednesday morning "for sure". Wednesday morning came, then afternoon, and then when they looked up the tracking number (for the first time) they just said "I have bad news." Set to arrive Thursday. After I depart for a work trip to Europe.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this partner Verizon store. Real deal is at 420 Lexington Avenue, New York NY 10170.
