Two great experiences with the staff at this store. They have more sales and tech knowledge than any of the Verizon customer service people you get on the phone/on-line. Mike is the best!

Ajay, the store manager, was really great to deal with. Everyone knows how stressful it can be to deal with your particular phone issues, but Ajay was kind, helpful and efficient throughout the process. If you have a problem, please talk to Ajay and he will take care of you. This is my second positive experience with him in a row over the past 2 years.

Great guys; smart, friendly, attentive, and quick. This is not a corporate store, so if you have a warranty issue, go to a corp store with tech area; but if you want to buy a phone or accessories, these guys know their stuff and give feedback on par to the best online sites I have read.
