I've been coming to this store for years and have been working with the representative Manny. When I got my first smartphone I had many questions, the entire staff was always very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go to any other store and would highly recommend doing business here.

Great Store!
Every-time I visit the store I am totally happy and satisfied.
I got a New Year Gift as a new 4G tablet as well.
Special mention-Manny is a complete genius!

I came into the store with a problem which other stores turned me away from saying I have to go to corporate store or call 611. The staff there was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has a problem with their phone or wants to get a new phone. I left as a very happy customer!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL OWNER .
THEY CLEARLY ALLOW PEOPLE TO CUT THE LINES IF THEY SEE POSSIBLITY OF MAKING MORE MONEY - TYPICAL ETHNIC BIAS .
THEY ARE NOT DOING ANY JUSTICE TO VERIZONS IMPECCABLE IMAGE OF BEING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY - THE OWNER ACTALLY TOLD ME - YOU HAVE A PHONE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT COME HERE FOR QUERIES"
ALTHOUGH THIS IS THE ONLY STORE IN THE GLEN OAKS VICINITY I WOULD RECOMEEND EVERYONE TO DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER BUT AT EVERY COST AVOID SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL JERKS AT THIS STORE .
