Verizon Wireless

Unless you are buying a product they are completely useless. They do not want to assist you. I watched one assistant turn down people three people for basic assistance with their phones.

Update on 10/28/2014:

This store is not an official Verizon store. It's a third party store. And they have stolen my identity and used it to purchase goods.

Previously, based on my original review below I gave them 3 stars for unprofessional activities. But just yesterday, I found out that my entire order was reordered and is shipping to their address. In essence, they've fraudulently used my identity to purchase phones.

Call Verizon. They will tell you that this is a third party store that they have no control over. Don't go here if you don't want your identity stolen.

Buyer beware: This store is not a corporate controlled store. It is an independent third party reseller store. If you call Verizon they will confirm this. Verizon Wireless "Premium Retailer" shops are essentially third party resellers that Verizon has no oversight or management control over.

So why this matter for customers?

Well, I waited on line for the iPhone 6 on September 19th only to find out that the employees had already sold all the extra iPhones for cash to their friends the day prior to release. Verizon's corporate stores don't allow this sort of stuff.

The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of the one is because the one customer service guy with glasses who helped me was cool. He also didn't seem to be involved in the backroom iPhone dealing.

They do have some deals that the corporate store don't have, so I give an extra star to three stars.
