Verizon Wireless

Went in to switch my mom's phone from her old flip phone to an iPhone we had lying around the house. Anthony was super helpful, charged the old phone and wiped it to switch to my mom's number, and because she was required to get a data plan, he hooked us up with a new plan for $10 extra a month for unlimited talk/text and 10gbs of shared data. Great store, great personell, great help.

This store is the smallest verizon store I have ever been to, but they were by far the kindest!

I walked in with an iphone that froze on a black screen, my step moms wrong password, and not knowing anyones number but my brother. TINA allowed me to use the phone, gave me a notepad and pen to get my step moms number, call my step mom, get the password, and then help my get a brand new iphone 5s!

I thought this was going to be a huge lengthy process, i was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Tina explained to me the differences between the 5s and 5c, Helped me decide if I was even tech savvy enough to understand the differences, and then showed me what I really cared about, the different colors! I picked out the Baby Blue and she helped me find a great case and a screen cover which she put all of them on for me.

She then went on to help me figure out how to recover all of my contacts, pictures, and everything on my phone via iCloud which i had never used before.

I kept putting off getting a new phone because I get so intimidated by unhelpful people at Verizon stores, but Carla was SO nice and helpful. The whole process was super quick and completely painless. Thank you, Carla!

If you are looking for professionalism, excellent customer service and friendliness, I highly recommend this Verizon Wireless store. Not only are Albert, the owner, and Karla, the sales representative, friendly and knowledgeable, they are extremely accommodating. Karla and Albert always provide excellent customer service. Albert put a lot of time and effort into helping me get the phone I wanted. He truly went out of his way for me, which I greatly appreciate.

The store is very easy to get to by the F or G train. The store is located right off the 15th Street/Prospect Park train stop right by Prospect Park.

Albert was amazing. I lost my old Droid Charge on the train (out of warranty and pre-upgrade), panicked, and headed to the Prospect Park verizon for a replacement. Not only did Albert recommend ways for me to save money on my current plan and get the best possible phone as though it had been an upgrade, but he called in one of his staff from a different location to help me with a complicated tech issue that requires programming knowledge. I'll go wherever this guy is as long as I'm with verizon. Thanks Albert!
