impeccable service.spanish rep was very helpful and understanding and explained everything that needed to be explained.. few people were waiting but line was moving fairly fast. waiting for service does require a little patience but with comfortable seating and tv's to entertain yourself with and all the products on display made my waiting period quite enjoyable. kudos to verizon and a wonderful staff.

Navigation to the Verizon's location was excellent. The store lacked enough service reps for the amount of customers that were present.
