The experience was great. Very helpful and efficient. I felt good being in the store. Special attention, full transfer. I am very happy with the product and services. Ankur was extremely knowledgeable. Friendly Professional service. Wayyy better than Steinway, Go here !!

The store manager Ankur was extremely helpful and understanding. He explained the new changes and differences on the new account. He gave me a great deal and great customer service. I will come back to the store just for him. Thanks for everything Ankur! Would recommend to family and friends who have Verizon.

Excellent customer service!!! I upgraded my phone here and Zak helped me. He transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone and was very friendly and helpful! Thanks Zak!
