I think you guys should have the chairs in the other side... (Chairs should be for customers). I was there yesterday and saw many people standing there just waiting to be helped. I was standing there for a little bit more than an hour.
Multitasking doesn't work when you're helping or selling something to a customer . This guy was trying to help three people at the same time. This doesn't help , it makes us (the customer ) uncomfortable . Our time is valuable too . I just hope this help !

I was taken in by one of Verizons usual asterisk-laden special offers. These guys made me whole. Also, Steve wraps the usually soulless task of interacting with ones provider in a version of politeness sadly forgotten in this modern age. The straightforwardness and politesse let's you forget you are dealing with a phone store.
