The customer service rep showed no initiative to help solve my problems with my new phone. He had no idea how to fix system issues, so instead of handing it over to a more qualified official, he spent 15 minutes trying to do it himself, getting frustrated and shaking his head while doing so. All this to tell me that I should take my problems to another Verizon location. Completely wasted my time.

I vocally gasped when the customer service person took an earring out of her ear and used it to open my sim card tray! They should get a proper sim card removal tool.
