Terrible service. In-store customer service is dreadful, lousy reps that hate their jobs shouldn't interact with customers. The vibe was ominous as I entered the store to be greeted 15 minutes later. I was not helped with my issue, went home to have the same problem. Over the phone is worse, rude service then hang up in the middle of the conversation.

I was shocked at the level of customer service that I received from Edwin Gonzales, the manager at the Verizon Branch at 2239 Broadway. His representation as a manager for Verizon is unacceptable in both his sloppy appearance and rude attitude for any level of staff.
I have been a customer at Verizon Wireless since 1997 and I have never received such atrocious service. At one point he personally opened the door and demanded that I leave the store claiming that even if he was rude and unhelpful, it didn't matter because he was still the manager of the store.

It was time to give up my flip phone. Being a bit electronically challenged, I asked Lee if she had patience and a great sense of humor. She had beyond both. Made my transition painless and taught me everything I needed to get started and then some.
She is a dream and my whole experience was the best!!!

Oscar was so helpful to me. After decreasing my plan fee based on my usage (without me even asking about it), he helped me select the right phone upgrade. Then, he spent almost half an hour showing me how to use my new iPhone (my first iPhone) and integrating the appropriate downloads/email. he was patient and super-kind on a day when it was busy and upper west side customers were cranky and complaining about the wait time. Every employee was kind and attentive; it made my day easy.
