I had the best experience at this location!!! Adrian was my sales rep and he was well versed about the products and very PATIENT with me. Im very frugal and he was able to talk me into spending more money.... Kudos to him! I left happy and I'm still happy.

My wife and I received the best customer service from Adrian K. At the Verizon store of fresh Meadow, our first visit on Monday morning was to return some cable boxes and ended up return on Wednesday to upgrade our mobile service!!!!

Worst place, they take forever to help you. Always crowded with costumers. They take costumers randomly and try and help 3 people while doing a transaction for another. Went in to replace my cable box something that should of taken 10 minutes tops. 2 hour later i leave the store. I get home and the cable box is used and scratched up. I tried to activate it with my television and once again verizon has failed to satisfy me. Have to return this and call the real experts to come to my house. Thanks verizon your retail stores are shit.

Finally decided to switch from sprint to Verizon! ! Adrian made it possible! He was awesome and very professional
