I am the first one in the queue, and they made me wait for ONE hour! ONE hour!
By the time I wrote this review, I'm still waiting
People work there just talk each other and then left one by one

Worst customer service EVER. I have never seen such lazy, unprofessional people who couldn't be bothered to do their job. For a regionally store, this place is a joke. It's bad enough I went to pay the full retail price for the new note and was directed to go to the website when she clearly could have done it for us.

Had a good experience in trouble shooting my music downloads. The service agent was professional and knowledgeable to trouble-shoot the issue, resolving it in minutes. A very pleasant surprise.
Second experience was related to no phone service and verizon wireless customer service continuing to blame their network and outage, whereas the local store recommended SIM card change. The latter ended up being the way to go. Service was back up in minutes.
A very positive improvement in the customer service competency at this store. Very happy with both experiences.

This Verizon Store sink. The customer service is horrible and waiting time
is unbelievable. My lumia ionia phone frozen on me 3 or 4 they customer svc did a half ass job. Some them do not know what there doing.
I recently went to the verizon on 9100 tonnelle ave North Bergen they were stellar and very very helpful. Do Not go the verizon edgewater store. They sink.
