Very helpful! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help. The 2 gentlemen that helped me Russell & Isaih were very both polite and got me great deals with both my wireless phone service and my Fios service.... This store will definitely get my business all the time! Thank you guys you were great!!!

Kings of ripping people off and unbelievable wait time. Any advice for people visiting is to ask for the price of your purchase through out the sell process. They will hit you with a crazy bill just when you get comfortable.

The service is great ..... The big help that works there is Dustin he helps us every time we go there because he knows what he is doing and he always tries to find my family the cheapest plans and he gave me blue tooth speakers as part of a deal for this awesome plan he got us . I highly recommend Dustin as a big help because he really knows a lot about smartphones and he will try to fix all your phone issues so go to this store and just ask for Dustin he is the best person working there.

No one is tech savy what so ever I ask a person about 2 phones I was interested in and I told them more about the phones and they just look at me cockeyed nor did they know any specs buy yet Verizon wants people with college degrees now to work for them what a joke location is

Horrible customer service, waited over and hour and when I was finally they did not help me at all..
Went to a new location 211 Franklin Ave in Nutley, employees were great and I would definitely recommend going back !!!!
