Verizon

So I went to upgrade my phone and I got a employee name abunel who was extremely helpful with me in picking out the phone that we thought had a better battery. So we picked out a nice phobe, even a nice looking case and and I was asked if I wanted a screen protector. I said no then he tried to convince meand I said no again and that conversation was dropped. So now while he's hooking up the phone, I'm signing the papers for them. It's not until I get home that I look at my receipt that I was charged for the screen protector, and I told him no twice. Since I already the protector on, I will keep it but that was very sneaky how he did.

The customer service here is awful. They lie about there products and they lie about everything period. My last visit there I ended up buying a phone to which I was told I can change after 50 or 75 percent is paid up and I also come to find out that insurance was added to the phone and I never asked for it. Turns out I have to wait until I pay the entire phone before I can get a new one. This is only one of several complaints I have about verizon. I also called and made a complaint and received a fake p.o. box to send complqints. It appears verizon doesn't have a complaint department anymore. They don't wanna hear, they just want your money. I hate them and can't wait to sell my phone and be done with crappy verizon. One star was to much to give them,

they are all thiefs, don't buy from them, promise u something and when your bill comes its something total diffrent, and when u call them and tell them, its nothing they can do, bunch of thiefsssssss, am pissed
