Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

Visiting this Verizon store was a marvelous experience. Nick and Leindsey were magnificent! Not only did they provide me with the information I was looking for but they made other suggestions that helped me in other ways as well. They ARE rock stars!!!

I highly recommend this store. Nick and Lindsey were the very definition of customer service. I had to upgrade my phone because my previous phone no longer held a charge. Nick walked me through all the service options, change in my monthly bill and was polite enough to hand write it all down for me. Lindsey was superb. She upgraded my new phone and installed all the upgrades. She took the time to clean the screen with a special cloth before putting on a screen guard. They were curtitious, polite and friendly. I completed my upgrade in twenty minutes. I surprise myself by recommending a phone store but this store and employees are highly recommended.
