If I could give this store zero stars I would. They have terrible customer service and they do not try to help fix things at all. My 3 month old phone was unworkable and went into a reset for no apparent reason. I went there at 10 a.m. as soon as they opened and the rep didn't know how to fix it. He went to the back of the store and said a tech told him how to fix it. He fixed a portion but I couldn't get my pics, he didn't fix the voicemail etc. I went back the same day to fix what they didn't fix the first time. No apology, like it's normal to have to go twice to the same store to fix the problems.

They lie and cheat. Do not trust them and get everything in writing. They will make sure you get no discounts unless you argue with them. They will make you wait or ignore you if you are rude.
