Farah was absolutely amazing. Extremely patient and knowledgeable. Great selection and very nice people to deal with. Cannot even think of going to another Verizon store.

I was visiting relatives on SI and had trouble with 3G service on my IPad. On the my way to SI I called Verizon and they could not find out what the problem was. They connected me to Apple Tech support and they couldn't help me either. So I went to
this Verizon store. I found everyone to be most helpful. It took a little time but (much less than the time I spent on the phone with Verizon and Apple with no success) the problem was fixed and happy to have my 3 G working again. Thank you Jimmy!!!

I almost threw the man and his crew out the front window, onto hylan blvd. Don't waste your time at this Verizon Store.

The staff as a whole are nothing but rude people. They constantly cut me off while I was explaining what was wrong with my phone they also went into personal side conversations with eachother while I was speaking to them and made me run in circles trying to replace my device telling me I needed to go through the insurance company then when I called the insurance company they told me I had to do it through the store so I went back to the store they gave me the warehouse number to call and said it would be smooth sailing from there, far from it. I spoke with the warehouse Rep for an hour just to find out that I couldn't get it from them either when all Verizon had to do was tell me they can't do anything till the end of the month, huge waste of time and patients
