Every time I go in there all the workers are sitting on the ledge by the front window playing with their own phones not helping anybody worst customer service I've ever seen...... Lazy lazy workers

AVOID THIS BRANCH!!
In March 2015 I bought a new phone, and told them that I want to keep my plan as is. Instead they put me on a Global plan without my consent or knowledge, and I unknowingly paid extra 85$ for for three months straight.
When I called Verizon representative, they told me that branch manager 'doesn't recollect what happened', but they agreed refund most of those changes.
In addition, most of the staff there is rude and unprofessional.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Horrible customer service.. Every time I go there, I have to wait at least 15-20 minutes.. Not very accommodating either, when I wanted to buy a new phone, one of the salesmen tried to sign me up for a promotion even though I had no interest in doing so

Nina is very accommodating and always very pleasant to customers . Always greets you with a big smile and very helpful .
