HORRIBLE. They messed my eyebrows up. they were so thick before and they made it look like a line.

Horrible customer service, paint chipped on all nails the next day AND I paid extra for a sellant. I came back 2 days later to get it fixed and they were rude, condescending and wanted me to pay $7. Nope and Never again!

I go there all the time and I always have a good experience. All the ladies are friendly and very nice and they do a good job. I get gel manicures so I can't say anything about their regular manicures or pedicures. Every time I've been, except once, they did a fantastic job. It hardly ever chips, and I only get them done every 2 weeks or so. Usually I go to get another manicure because my nails are getting too long, not because the color didn't last. The one time my manicure wasn't great was a different lady than I usually go to and when I went back to get another manicure the lady doing my nails was grilling me about who did them last time because she did a bad job. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews that they are a little aggressive with the cuticle cutting, but if you say something or that it hurts they stop. In response to the review that said they don't sterilize and only put it in a "blue solution," that blue solution is a disinfectant. Sometimes they get busy, but I've never had to wait more than 10 mins.

Absolutely the worst. I told the woman not to cut my cuticles unless a must, well, lets just say two of my fingers where bleeding when she was done. I am terrified and will report them since they only dip their tools in a blue solution and do not sterilize. I also told the pedi lady to cut my toe nails short. She only did that for the foot that she was working on at the time I told her. My nails are half painted because for some reason the nail polish didn't make it to the sides of my nails. When I was told to pick the color, all bottles smell like nail polish remover because they are extremely diluted. That is why the nail polish doesn't stay on. My big toes are half chipped and i got them done yesterday. HORRIBLE!!! The price is $25 for mani and pedi and it is waaaaaaaaaay too expensive for the BS job they do.

I've been here a few times just because it's very close to my house. I have no complaints with gel nail fillings, but I've always had the same person work on my hands. Pedicures have generally been good. I got a spa pedicure once, which was delightful.
I agree with the first reviewer when it comes to customer service. When the owner is there, it's "okay" but otherwise it's a disaster. The "assistant manager" (or whoever she is) is just clueless. She has no concept of how to schedule and be mindful of customers' time.
