Ventrite Appliances

It is a shame that the tech was so polite but the scheduler that handles the phone calls has ZERO customer service skills whatsoever. After paying for the service and waiting for a part to be ordered, I was hung up on SEVERAL times when I tried to schedule the repair. She is defensive, unwilling to listen, and inflexible. I cannot be refunded because I went through a third party. Had I had the opportunity to choose my service provider, I would NOT have chosen Ventrite based on countless other complaints searchable on the internet.

I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I had most horrendous working with this company. I had them come out service the appliance of which the technician stated all we had to do was unplug the appliance for 24 hours and plug it back and the problem will fix itself. We paid $95 for his less than 5 minutes of looking and our appliance and leaving. When we followed the instruction and the problem escalated, we had to call the company again to service the appliance again since we had 30 days recall for him to come with the service guarantee. They failed to show 1st appointment and didn't call. We rescheduled for another appointment and again they failed to show up again. When I called to ask why they failed to show up for the 2nd time, the receptionist was VERY hostile and defensive. Very unprofessional and unreliable. To make long story short, I am out of $95 and the company never followed up with any repair or service that actually fixed the problem. It was the worst experience.
