Very average food and not great prices. They do have an alright happy hour at the little bar inside with wine and oysters deals.

I like it a lot. Their caviar and champagne are my favorite afternoon tea items. I also had some decent dinners there. Good service. The decor makes it feel relaxing for chowing down high sodium and high calories. It is worth the splurge once in a while.
