Ved Parkash & his son Anrug are straight slumords they had me living in a mold infested apartment and had the audacity to take me to civil court when they knew the court stipulation stated they could not and attempted garnish my wages for 8k. Their properties are hazardous and the apartment also had lead based paint in it and they falsified documentation to the department of community and housing renewal stating the apartment was lead free. Such slumlords and will rob the poor to fatten their pockets. Rent at your own risk your life and health maybe at risk.
