I used to live on 8 th street a block from the bar ,was the best one in the área; i would like to know, how is it right now? they used to serve peanuts , with the beer

A solid bar where you can just hang out with your drink without any social/atmospheric hassle or frills. You won’t hear any top 40 nonsense over the speakers (think more toward metal and rock), and the patrons are largely here to also meditate with their beer. Bartenders are attentive, and they know how to do their job. One of the few places that can be considered a real bar, rather than a “nightlife hotspot.”

It is the best.
This is where I make friends, whether with patrons or bartenders. It's as cool a place as there is. Put some money in the jukebox grab a pitcher and enjoy yourself.
What every bar should be. If you're there long enough ask for a bag of popcorn or some Cheetos from the bar tender.
