Receptionist never answer calls or returns messages. I was able to get one procedure done (it took 5 months to get in the office due to receptionist's incompetence-ex: not submitting information to insurance company, then submitting the wrong information). I experienced discomfort after the procedure and needed additional work done. I went into the office and got pictures taken to submit to my insurance. After a month of not hearing anything, I contacted my insurance company and found out nothing had been submitted. I called and left numerous messages for the receptionist. She did not pick up or return my calls. She finally answered and said she will find out and call back. I never received a call back and I have left additional messages. NEVER EVER go to this doctor. It is not worth the headache. Plus if anything goes wrong there is zero follow up so you will be left on your own. Worst experience I ever had. Don't let the nice office fool you.
