During the work week you tend to go to the same 5 or 6 places when you only get 30 mins to eat lunch. You end up hating those 5-6 places. So on that day you are finally fed up with the same places, you decide to venture out. Most of the time its something lame: a Subway or a Panera Bread. But once in a blue moon you decide to give a different deli a shot.
That brings me to Varsi Deli. After a coworker stumbled upon it, I decided to give it a try. The deli itself is very old school Italian. Meat hanging from the ceiling and fresh homemade goodies all over the place. They have a special sandwich selection so I decided on the Three C's. Chicken, Cheddar, and Chipolte. The chicken cutlet tasted like it was just done. And the chipolte sauce they have was this honey mixture that was so good. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend you stop and get anything in there to eat! I wished I worked closer.
