I really enjoyed living in a Vanderleigh apartment in NYC. The apartment was in great condition when we moved in. Their customer service was great and accommodating. Would recommend for anyone looking for apartments in NYC!

Living in a Vanderleigh apartment was great. The apartment was clean and updated when we moved in. The super was responsive and helpful. Over the 13 months we lived there, there was not a single problem with pests, which is remarkable for a NYC apartment.

The WORST experience ever. INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND RATS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Vanderleigh has gone above and beyond to take care of those of us who were in the Upper East Side fire in early April. Even though the cause of the fire had nothing to do with the building and they had no legal obligation to help us with anything, the people at Vanderleigh helped us find new housing quickly without additional costs. I'm incredibly grateful. Jessie and Angela in particular were incredibly sweet and answered all our questions and helped us deal with the chaos after the fire with patience and efficiency.
The apartments they have renovated are also in gorgeous condition. They really know how to put together a lovely place to live, with excellent appliances, wood floors, and in great neighborhoods.

In a city where real estate is impossible to navigate, this company raises the standard. I had a great experience finding my apartment. This place has truly become my home in crazy NYC.
I have never had an issue with the building or the management company. The building is clean and extremely well kept. The apartments are being individually updated with beautiful floors and appliances. The building tenants have become my NYC family. The super is the most helpful man, and I wish I could take him to my next place!
Having dealt with a few people at Vanderleigh, everyone gets back to me promptly with helpful service. Vanderleigh is extremely good with informing the building of any construction or updates to leases.
Only good things to say. Use Vanderleigh.
