Van Dine's is straight out of the 50's in terms of showroom and customer service... But so are their prices. If you are a half way educated about snow plows and spreaders you should have no problem. They're not gonna guide you through the plow process and help you pick out a plow, but if you know what you want, go see Buddy at Van Dine. Me and my company have had Van Dine's install thousands of plows... Literally thousands without issue.

Without question the worst customer service I've ever seen! Spent tens of thousands there this year and the owner still wouldn't explain a $300 bill to me! He said pay it and leave!!!!!

I have been plowing for over 30 years. I've had many breakdowns, from brake lines to transmissions, but never a problem with the plow itself. Call it luck if you want, I think its due to good service and maintenance. I stock extra hoses and pins for minor repairs. Plan ahead, plow the storm, it's not fun and not for babies.

Good work, I guess. I'm at the shop now and this other dude is bugging out, pretty funny. Ok seriously this place has everything but their service sucks so bad. Expect to wait at least 30 inconsiderate minutes there. They are just all around a nasty group of people
