Van Buren Buick GMC

I simply cannot imagine having an easier or more pleasant buying experience than what I just had at Van Buren. Their entire staff was friendly and courteous and their communication was excellent. I will certainly return to purchase in the future.

I took my car here on November 24,2015 for a service bulletin mailed for my Pontiac g5 I set up an appointment and when I get there they have me waiting just to tell me they have to order the part's. I was told I would get a call the following week. Letting me know when the parts had arrived. Well now it's almost January.. December 28th to be exact and still no call. So I've been driving my car at 8 1/2 months pregnant with a gasoline smell. Wondering when this call will come. I'll be giving them a call and hopefully I can get in touch with a corporate office. This is unbelievable and very careless

Since I bought my trunk at this dealer, Is been a pleasure doing business with them. And they have the best service. waiting is not bad if a schedule any maintenance, and if I have to drop off the vehicle for a major repair, they always provided me a loaner car. I even thinking to trade in my vehicle and get the 2016.
I strongly recommend Van Buren GMC to any person interested in buying a new or used certified vehicle.

I never received better treatment from a dealership's service department than I do at Van Buren. Colleen and the entire service department do everything in their power to have my car serviced in a reasonable amount of time. In my most recent visit, my car was inspected and received it's 12 month service check in less than 2 hours. Colleen also saw that I left my book in the waiting area and made sure it was mailed back to me. They couldn't treat me any better!
