I arrived around 3:30 PM on a Wednesday for an oil change. Two cars were in the bays, two customers inside. No employees came to ask what service I would like done. I went inside and couldn't find an employee to talk to. Made eye contact with several employees through the glass, who were working in the bay. They didn't give me any recognition or "we'll be with you in a moment" signals. I waited almost ten minutes and decided it wasn't worth it.

Have been coming to this location for over 5 years now and never had a problem. Went yesterday to have my oil changed. After it was done, I went to another store where I was going to use a Visa gift card that I had gotten for Christmas. When I opened my center console it was gone. I had just put it in there when I was pulling up to Valvoline. I searched my whole car and it's no where to be found, it was stolen from my center console. When I called the manager of the location he told me he couldn't do anything until Monday and than he would check the videos than. I'm extremely disappointed in this store.

Couldn't service my car which was fine but while i was searching for a place to take it one of the techs insulted my car and then spit on it.....not sure why he thought that was ok

Waited over an hour for service. Bathroom was dirty, there was no toilet paper and toilet did not flush. There were no services or prices listed. No one was at the desk either!!!
