Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been going to this place for years and find the staff is very courteous and professional. I love the fact that the manager goes out of his way to help customers out. They offer me extra services, but they are not pushy about it. I would recommend this facility to everybody. Great job!

I went to this Valvoline for my standard oil change. Upon doing the checks of all the systems the tech Sean noticed that the ac was not working. I told him it had not been working for three years and that when I went to a local mechanic they had told me it was the compressor and it would cost $900 to fix it. I had suffered through three years of hot summers not having AC because I could not rationalize the cost. Sean said he thought it looked good and a $40 test could determine for sure if it just needed a charge or was something bigger. After concluding the compressor DID work he then found that a valve was defective. He showed me the valve and why it didn't work put in a new one and fully recharged the system. My AC worked again! And at a fraction of the cost quoted by my mechanic three years ago. I am so happy with the service and education I received during this visit!

They were quick and friendly, checked everything, and I got a free car wash. I did need new air filters so I can't say they pressured me.

Don't kid yourself people. I thought they were honest too. My brother in law brought my sister's car there and afterwards she was leaking oil. He brought the car to a gas station and they said, the oil was never changed and she was leaking oil because there was no cap put back on. I insisted this was an honest place until they replaced my battery with whatever they had laying around, removed the hold down, stripped the cable screw. The battery they put in was about 3 inches smaller than the Scion battery. Had to call AAA because my car wouldn't start. The cable was loose because they stripped the screw. Had to have all this fixed at a local station, had to put a piece of wood in to build the height of the battery, told me this battery was jumping around and could have caused a fire. LAST TIME I GO TO VAVOLINE! Every time you go there for an oil change, you come out with a couple hundred dollars of more work!

Best valvoline ever! They are super honest about what your car needs and service was wonderful! Tiffany and her team were amazing! And you get a free car wash!! Such a wonderful valvoline! You also get to stay in your car. Service with a smile! Such a delightful place!
