Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Been there several times and have never had an issue...except my only complaint is there are usually a few cars on line so I have to come another time. They spend time on the car, ask questions about what I need, never I've never been pressured for "extras". I get reminders and coupons which are of decent value. Always been very polite.

Had an oil change on Saturday 11/21/15. This is a good team. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

Do not go to this place. Everyone who works here is inexperienced and working on commission too try and sell you services you do not need. My unsuspecting girlfriend was told she had to get a synthetic oil change for 79.99 or else she would have problems with her car. Her car is meant to run with regular 5w-30 motor oil. After having my oil changed regularly at this dealership( for about 40,000 miles), My motor started making a noise upon starting. I was told it was a "dry start" by one of the employees and that it was normal for Ford trucks. As the noise got worse I brought the truck to my local mechanic to check it out. He showed me the oil filter that Ford specifies for use. Then he showed me the oil filter the Valvoline place put on my truck. It was about 1/4 the size of the Ford recommended filter. The noise? the noise was the guide on my timing chain which had broken. The cause? Using cheap and low quality oil and filters. This will cost me a about $1000.00 to have fixed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place as they will try and sell you services you do not need and install poor quality parts on your vehicle.
