I would like to give 0 star but it can't! I went to have a full synthetic oil change! The guy who working broken my oil dipstick! Then went back to the computer to type "it broken prior to service"! I was angry because I just use the stick to check the oil level before I came in! The manager came out and said I have to get one from the dealer because it already broken! I'm sitting in the car watching what they doing during the oil change and they denied every! And, for a full synthetic oil they came out with a buck of loose oil what nobody know what type of oil it is any add to my engine! This is my very bad oil change experience! Never come again

I have been a satisfied customer for several years. The service is fast, and the staff is very friendly, informative,and professional. I have referred other people to have their cars serviced at Valvoline. The service is always excellent. Thank you.

I went here merely out of convenience of location. First, they told me my car could ONLY have synthetic oil..not true I later found out. Then they informed me my battery was "almost dead" by showing me a slip of paper with a meter on it. Not true either. After spending $85 on the "mandatory" synthetic oil and air filter, I left. Only to have a horrible noise occur the next morning while driving. Turns out, they forgot to put two screws in the plate underneath my car, which they removed to change the oil. When I went back to have them replace the screws and reattach the plate, I was offered a "sorry" and nothing more. I feel seeing a woman, they take advantage and I will NOT be returning.
