They were very friendly and nice but I got my transmission fluid flushed and the coolant flushed with the oil change and I still had to add two quarts of transmission fluid and half a gallon of coolant myself because they dodon't put eno ugh in. It's just frustrating when you pay over $300 for simple work and its not done correctly. Thankfully I checked myself and the transmission wasn't damaged.

I've been coming here for a while now to get my oil changed. The service is fast. Today, I didn't have a friendly experience. The young man who serviced me had a bad attitude. He was not customer friendly. He gave off a lot of negative energy. He tried to tell me that I needed various of things changed within my vehicle. I doubt that. I drive a 2014 Chevy with very low mileage. When I declined, his energy became more negative. Horrible customer service today. Highly disappointed with that.

I think the Valvoline experience in Bergenfield, NJ is fantastic.
Shout out to Mike who's extremely knowledgable ,professional,
courteous, honest and kind (and more experienced than his age would
indicate) as well as all the others who took good care of me
yesterday. There were 3 staff members working on the car (main part
of the service station)
and a few others below the car. I had an upgraded oil change, filter replacement and fuel cleaning, filter replacement,
car tire rotation, etc. I highly recommend this particular Valvoline Center for sure. You'll be treated very well -- no worries.

I have been coming here for years. I recently had my oil changed. They are very professional ,friendly pleasant to deal with. The manager went above and beyond when I had a situation with my ac. It was something he did not have to do but helped me out. I would never go anywhere else. Good people are very valuable now and so hard to find. 5 stars all the way
