Buyers beware, I purchased a standing fan which had a 21 day return on receipt. It stopped working after 10 days of purchase, they refuse to refund me or grant me an exchange. I lost my money poor customer service.

I purchase over 200 wealth of stuff and these people wont even help to bring my things to the register. They expect me to be carrying these big iteams like they got no workers...very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service I purchased a table from them for 600.00 I was schedule to have the delivery between 10 to 2 they showed at 7 pm I kept calling from 1:30 pm can you believe they refused to answer my call. Inclusive I had to calling because they would just send me to the automated voicemail from the store. Once I finally got to speak to the supervisor she stated she was unaware of the delay I clear told her how can a customer purchase an item from you guys and don't receive a courtesy call informing me there was a delay for my delivery. She still told me she didn't know how can she not communicate with her drivers and verify. I had to put one star and my table has a crack on the side horrible customer service they only want your money and they disregard you when there is a problem buyer beware of this place. Not satisfied with their poor service. Never will I ever purchase anything from they.
