This is one of the worst agencies i have come across in Long island or the city. I mean this agency is run completely by foreign people .They send in aids that dont even speak English. If someone is really sick dont go here. They are simply ignorant and unprofessional staff. One of their aids brought roaches in my house. The other aid named RUPEN was outside smoking cigarettes all day . My mom has an open bedsore she cant do that. Then when i complained aboout her they sent her in again and she shook up the soda in my refrigerator just to be spitful .I couldnt believe this horrible staff . Its not just one aid there its almost every aid there that is unprofessional inexperienced

Just got this marketing presentation from ValuCare Inc. in one of the Senior Centers in Harlem and they are one of the best or maybe the best in the lot .... The management people of ValuCare goes beyond what is actually asked in the open forum , they give you better insigths of everything and the presentation was never boring and lively since they integrated draws and activities senior people appreciated so much . Thanks VALUCARE !!!! we will be your loyal client from now on ....
