Unsatisfied customer !

I have ordered wine as gift from this store about 4 weeks ago and still no shipment received. I have called numerous of times and the same women always answers the phone saying the manager is not available. I have never experienced this type of treatment or service from any store or any online orders.

My main concern at this moment is trying to get my money back since my card was charged the first second I clicked submit on that order. I thought it would be a convenient and helpful way to order from this company sense the website made it seem that way. Now i have completely changed my mind forever from ordering anything else from Valley Wines and Spirits in Wayne NJ. A complete nightmare is the only word i can describe this citation.

I need my money returned to me as soon as possible or ship my items that I already paid for.

Two weeks, an email, two phone calls and my order still hasn't shipped. Thanks. I was only going to have an engagement party. No big deal. Next time I will know to place my order anywhere else.
