Small, but remarkably great selection of cheeses and pastas.

I grew up in Long Valley and now live in Park Slope. They make fancy cheese and all without the nastiness of the factory farm layout, but at the end of the day, the nice sheep you are petting with your bratty children will get slaughtered in a horrific way on that very same farm. Just because the cheese is "fancier" does not mean the producer of the cheese has a nicer death. I just called the farm and asked them what they do with their animals. "we auction them to PA or slaughter them here to sell." Just think twice before stuffing your face with wine and cheese. That cheese came from a sentient being that was eventually slaughtered. Why don't you try eating something different and spare the life of animal who had to be a slave for your own selfish pleasure.

Very friendly staff and very impressive cheese. Who knew you could get that kind of quality cheese from New Jersey.
