I was looking for a primary care provider in my area and found Valley Health Medical Group in my insurance providers directory of MDs. The office was close so I thought I would give the office a try thinking that if it did not work out I could always try another doctor. On my first visit I was impressed from the moment that I walked through the front door. The waiting area is clean and spacious with a plasma TV and complimentary coffee and tea for patients. I found the staff to be warm and friendly.
Although I had never been seen at this office before and did not have an appointment I was seen by Dr. Kronish promptly. Dr. Kronish was caring, understanding of my medical condition and quickly diagnosed my problem and the staff went as far as to make the appropriate referrals for me to see the needed specialist. Before leaving I was given appointment for an annual exam. Since that time I have been back to this office several times and each time I would rate the visit with five stars.
