Good place I like it so much

Very horrible experience here, my mother who is a breast cancer survivor and whom I am lucky to have today went in to get her prostheses and her bra, originally when we went it we picked out bra's that my mom was happy with and were told that it would be covered by the insurance and this whole process would take give or take a week..only to find out that for whole 2 weeks my insurance was never notified about authorization for the items...so finally I had to call in myself and get it approved after being approved they said they would now " order " the items..after playing the cat and mouse game with this lady named " CARMELA " who I think is the shop owner she then said to pick up the items...when we went in she was very rude and tried to give us the bra's that were not orginally picked by us...I even asked for her to let me know how much the insurance would cover so I can pay the difference and asked her if she had any paper work and how much the insurance would cover, and she shurugged her shoulders and said " I dont have to show you anything "and told us we would have to pay the full price for the ones we picked..I would not suggest this type business to anybody !! My mom is truly saddened by this exprience ....I have no other words

My question to YOU CARMELA is this how make " women feel whole again "?is this really your calling in you life as you said...
