The doctors are good. Many unskilled civilian staff member are angry, unprofessional and incompetent. they need to stop hiring these useless civilians who never served and have no empathy for the many wounded veterans who did.

When you call there looking for a sick family member, they are disgusting over the phone. They really need to take a class on respect. No matter how nice you try to be they are nasty like you are really bothering them. Its sickening to me that when you have a family member that could be dying and you live out of town and you just want to know how to reach the person you love and you have to deal with someones f*cked up attitude like you did something to them.

Look up Carrano V Ballantyne. A guy with a finger fracture ended up dead a day after this guy got hold of him. Same Ballantyne is Chief of Surgery. He has had lots of jobs - Hackensack, L and M, Private Practice, VA in Augusta with Major Scandal and now NY Harbor. His secretary will say anything he tells her. So beware - You were Warned!
