Always fresh pastries. I love their cannolis, although they are a bit over priced!

This is by far the best bakery I've ever been to! I ordered a cake for my birthday party and I could not have been happier. It was ready for me on time, exactly how I had asked it to be made, and it was delicious! Their fine italian cookies and pastries are so fresh and their bread is always put out piping hot every morning. I love stopping in on my way to work for a good cup of coffee and warm buttered bagel. V&V Bakery serves fine quality products that my party guests can't get enough of. I know I will be coming here to get dessert for every one of my family's special occasions!

The best bakery in Woodside

Customer service in this bakery is horrible. First of all, the bakery doesn't accept debit/credit cards. It should befriend 21st century and start accepting them. Second, I walked in with a cart full of food I bought and I all I asked two women behind the counter to do is watch it for a minute while I get cash so I can pay them. They couldn't do that. Why not? They were doing NOTHING. Is it THAT difficult? I have been working in customer service for 10 years and I never denied help to a customer. Why would I? A good business accommodates a customer and makes it easy for a customer to pay. Obviously V & V isn't a good business. I turned around and left to spend my money in some other store, one that made it easy for me to spend it. I certainly had plenty of choices.
