Installed alarm incorrectly had to pay 500 to have it towed to an alternate shop to be corrected. Didn't even offer me any help or offer a partial refund.

Not knowledgeable and will destroy your car. Buyer beware.
Went in, bought a Viper system and was told that it would take a couple of hours to install. The salesman appeared knowledgeable but that turned out not to be the case, as the "2-hour" install became six hours the first day. They came back and told me they needed to put in a new lock motor ("your car is too old and the motor is bad." Well, it was working when I brought it in!). The tech also told me that they tend to run into problems with Subarus, which was NOT told to me when I purchased the system.
OK, fine, things come up, so I paid the money they asked (50 USD). When they said it was done, I tested it and found that the system would only open the driver's door, and that the original central locking/unlocking no longer worked. I also found a wire sticking out of the headliner that they claimed "was there when they started," which was not true. They told me to bring it back another day and they would take a look at fixing the locks. So I did so, and again, more parts required ("Your car is too old" again) and thus more money. At this point I had spent the same amount on additional repairs due to their inexpertise as I had on the original system.
The locks started working, but when I was doing a final look-over I found that they had removed the trunk latch (which they didn't bother to tell me until after I brought it up). They then said that the trunk latch was bad and that if I found a new one, they would put it in. This was not acceptable, but at that point I was so disgusted with the work that they had done that I took my car back and swore that I was done letting them touch it.
Well, fast forward to a few days later, I open my passenger door and the automatic seatbelt is frozen in place. Great. As I had already sworn that I would not take it back to them,I took it to a trusted mechanic who was able to install a new trunk latch (it turns out that they installed the actuator improperly, so it would not open the trunk) and found a bunch of cut wires underneath the dashboard unrelated to the locking system. Unfortunately, he said that to actually say that it was definitively due to the Viper install would require many hours and thus a lot of money, so I told him to forget it and decided to cut my losses.
In short, the expertise here appears to be lacking and if anything goes wrong they blame your car. Every time they ran into a problem they would use the line, "Your car is too old, and part x is bad." You knew my car was old when I bought the system, why didn't you anticipate these problems instead of telling me that it would take two hours to install?
To the consumer, I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere - I have spent more than enough of my own fixing the problems that have been created in my car from the shoddy work at this place.
