Much improved since the move to the new location on 14th Street. They have filtered out a couple of the rude employees from the old location and now everyone is most helpful. The biggest problem that I find are the customers. Most come in as if they have never used a stamp before or conditioned to complain about standing in a line, very often for something they could use the automated machine and drop box for. Always best to bring your own pen or do as much of the prep before you leave your home in any situation.

The Postmaster General should be fired for allowing this post office to continue operating in the manner it has for years. I, along with my neighbors, have spent days of frustration and wasted time trying to obtain our packages from here. People who live in the neighborhood have all alerted their friends, business connections and family to never send us items through the USPS because it will only mean lost time and lost or stolen packages. The Postmaster General must intervene ASAP.

This is a one star only because I have to give a star.
Thank you again, USPS, for making me come to your office to pick up my 35-lb package, when I got a confirmation the package would be REDELIVERED today. What is the point in rescheduling a delivery if instead, you decide to make me come to pick it up instead. Is it laziness? Is it apathy? 30 minutes spent on the phone, transferred to a supervisor (and no one was on the other end, and the call finally dropped). And the local post office will not answer the phone. I’m DONE using the USPS.
To anyone trying to “Reschedule a delivery” - beware - they will probably just come make you pick it up anyway. 35lb package, 10 blocks, 4 avenues on foot…this is why I PAY to have it delivered.
