Poor customer service. Never in my life had I experienced such a poor service. I give a Big ZERO. My advice, don't go there.

Terrible customer service from the lady working at the PO box window for Bowling Green at the 90 Church office. Rude treatment of customers, complete dismissal regarding questions about the whereabouts of packages, etc. I wouldn't have had to come here if USPS didn't always lose packages AND lie about delivering them on the tracking number. Can't believe tax payers' money is keeping this office open.

Worst customer experience ever. I was served by a young woman who was obviously unsatisfied and frustrated by her job: she didn't say a word to me and processed my envelope as if she was doing me a favor instead of the task she is paid for. When I asked her where I could see the tracking number (first time I used USPS as I am a foreigner) she replied to me "On the receipt". Took her literally 2 minutes to point me the tracking number and her attitude was something beyond disrespectful. This is the last time I use USPS: better to spend 3 times as much but send packages via the Fedex next door. Unacceptable that the girl I dealt with has a customer-facing job.

42 people in line (yes I counted) and only one window. When I asked if there was really only one window open the guy in the lobby said "yes, that's what you see right?" Customer service is not something they consider important apparently.

5 self-service shipping stations. Very short lines for self-service. Fairly normal waits for full-service windows. Great location right next to the WTC PATH station.
