USPS Brooklyn Processing and Distribution Center

I spoke with a Very Nasty woman who lied to me,gave me the wrong information and hung up on me ! Unbelievable !!! She said the package I was looking for was never at this receiving location Meanwhile the usps tracking shows it was accepted there days ago at 4:30 and never left to get delivered. Then I get a call from a woman in London from the business I ordered boots from who also contacted this location and got a nasty lady then spoke with a second lady who confirmed that the package Was Indeed At This Location ! She said she was rude too. 1 star is to many. Shame on all nasty workers and the USPS for allowing such inexcusable behavior to go on ! Its a disgrace. One negative comment after another. I reported your location to Consumer Affairs. Everyone needs to report you so everyone gets fired and good respectful people get hired who do their jobs right and have good Customer Service Values. My mother told me yesterday that she also had Terrible experiences with this facility Stealing jewelry she sent to my daughter that landed here and Never made it to her grand daughter !!!! DISGRACEFUL !!! WHY Isn't This Place Investigated And Everyone Fired ?!!!! Stealing, Lying,Rude,Disrespectful and Incompetent Lazy Workers ! I paid for 2 day delivery over a week ago and you idiots sent our package to California instead of delivering it to NYC the next day after you received it ! READ THE ADDRESSES ON THE LABELS !!!! HOW does a NYC Address and zip get sent to San Jose California people ? HOW ? You are destroying businesses because people dont want to shop online anymore knowing their order must stop at this shady facility which makes the other businesses look bad too when items are not delivered when the businesses say it will be ! UPS will be my new choice for a delivery service. I'd rather pay more and let it take longer and know it will get there without being stolen or sent all the way across the country.

I have had 4 packages including medication take 8 to 12 business days to go 10 miles to my address. Every Item that lands at this facility gets delayed. You have to call the 800 number and file a report and if your lucky you will get your package in 3 days after they start to investigate. This location gives new meaning to the Forever Stamp. It will take Forever to get to you!!!! With all the bad reviews I read about this facility one would think that the USPS would take action to correct this nightmare. I wish there was an option to rate this facility a minus five stars!

my package has been there since saturday and my delivery date isnt scheduled until next monday , im trying to get in to contact with someone so i can just go there and pick it up but ofcourse no one is available

After countless unanswered phone calls to the USPS Distribution Center, the most rude encounter with a so called professional in my life (Consumer Affair Agent Evelyn Surillo) and numerous fruitless conversations with the USPS computer on the automated line, I finally decided to go up to the center myself to find out what the heck was going on there?!?!? I spoke with a nice USPS Police officer who was shamed by the way things were being handled, but unfortunately could only provide me with more phone numbers to call and offer her sincere apologies (Really appreciated in this frustrating situation). My package has just been sitting there for 7 days. This place is not accessible by the public or I would have climbed in the pile of all our lost packages and found my own. The service is horrible to say the least. I am beyond pissed that no one can fix anything at the USPS

If I can give them zero stars it would be even better, Last year this wonderful facility stall seventy-seven 77 packages from me from my Amazon business which never arrived or was never returned to me. When I went to this processing facility I got the runaround from everyone, Finally I spoke with the sheriffs of the building they had guy in charge, basically he told me to look around and what do you expect? What the hell does that mean??? Am I supposed to assume that because the sorting facility isn't a low income community and majority the people working there are African-American that I should expect that there will be fast? Is this not controlled by the federal government? I never received compensation for any of the packages that went missing all $15,000 worth none of these items ever returned to me. Now once again during the holiday season $3000 worth of packages mysteriously disappear and no one knows anything? Post office should be banned this is the worst worst worst undependable delusional dishonest shipping company in the world period. I'm going to start sending out all my packages with United Parcel Service and with a big smile on my face will I pay double the amount of shipping as long as I know that the items arrive good luck people this place is fucked
