I believe postal representative in there missmatch her life subordination. I was served by some Elina, huge as 53" trailer woman. She talked endlessly with her girlfriend who was standing near the same window. That was kind of nightmare. She switched on me everytime and I had to repeat again what I just said.
Simple procedure - return shipment to sender. I bring package I need to return. What exactly she need to do for this - I have no idea, I believe she supposed to know that without me, but she don't offer me new postal sticker, she don't gave me new envelope, she just said I must pay as new shipment. I did.
After that she said this package can return back to me, not to sender, because address placed in wrong place. (WTF? For what you are stay overthere? I pay my money for my distination! If you need postage to your distination - open your own wallet!) I said "what I need to do, I just need return this to shipper?". She said nothing, just put my postage to basket and thats all. First class from Brooklyn to Chicago, already 11 days, and still on the road.
Who supposed to check up AND IMPROVE it if needed address placement? Who in this case is all a customer? Who serve who overthere? So, I do not need her for nothing there. Neither she nor her huge belly.
